SBM Urban Assam — Digital Infrastructure & Campaigns

The Problem

96 municipalities across Assam with fragmented data, no unified digital presence, and manual reporting workflows.

What We Built

  • Designed and launched the official SBM Urban Assam website in 2 weeks
  • Power BI dashboards for 96 Urban Local Bodies — ESG, sustainability, and service delivery indicators aligned with Net Zero targets
  • GIS mapping and spatial data integration for waste management, EHS monitoring, and climate-linked municipal planning
  • 115 digital campaign assets in 15 days using a GenAI-driven content workflow — highest citizen participation rate in program history

CTA Digital Governance — USAID-Funded Institutional Transformation

The Problem

A government-in-exile with no unified data management infrastructure, fragmented systems across hospitals, schools, and cooperatives, and no spatial data for settlement planning.

What We Built

  • Developed the Institutional Development Index (IDI-DM) — an original diagnostic framework across 12 departments
  • IDI-DM findings secured an additional $150,000 in USAID funding for the CTA-approved Data Management Plan
  • GIS mapping of 6 Tibetan settlements across 3 states — presented to the Tibetan President-in-Exile, received personal commendation
  • HRMS process mapping and digital platform architecture across CTA institutions
  • End-to-end donor reporting, procurement management, and capacity-building workshops

Social Alpha — Climate-Tech Incubation
